Undergraduate Studies, Foundational Certificate, or Graduate Certificate

Requirement

Students must be 18 years old and have a minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent. Applicant must have sufficient mastery of the English language and be able to read college-level texts, execute written assignments with academic proficiency, and be willing to commit to all course expectations.

Students who are at least 16 years old and in grade 11 in High School can take classes, upon acceptance to the program by the director.

Acceptance is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Enrollment with and Credits from Franciscan University

Students enrolled in the ICT Theological Studies Programs are eligible for credits from Franciscan University of Steubenville but must meet additional requirements. If you are interested in these options, please check the appropriate option in the application form.

Application Fees

$50.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany this form.

Application, processing and registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition

Tuition payments can be made as follows:

  • For Fall Semester, beginning July 1, via an online form that will be emailed to you. Payment is due 10 days into the start of the semester; payment plans are available.
  • For Spring Semester, beginning October 1, via an online form that will be emailed to you. Payment is due 10 days into the start of the semester; payment plans are available.
  • For Summer Symposium, beginning January 15, via an online form that will be emailed to you. Payment in full is due by the start of the class.


Graduate Tuition: $1,000/Course

Undergraduate Tuition: $450/Course, $300/Course for Current High School Upperclassmen/College/University Students

To receive college credit, an additional charge of $150 per student will be made directly to Franciscan University of Steubenville. Details will be made available at the start of the course. Be sure to check with your college regarding the acceptance of these credits.

For those doing homework and interested in continuing education hours, 126 hours of continuing education are available.

Audit (No Homework) Tuition: $150. 42 Hours of continuing education available.

After the Fall or Spring semester begins, if you are unable to continue with the program, we ask that you please notify us in writing. A partial refund will be given up to 10 weeks into the semester; after that no refunds will be given: For each week of class in weeks 1-10, one tenth of tuition will be non-refundable.

After the Summer Symposium begins, if you are unable to continue with the program, we ask that you please notify us in writing. A partial refund will be given up to 10 days into the course; after that no refunds will be given: For each day of class from days 1-10, one tenth of tuition will be non-refundable.
